Terms of use

Draft · last updated 18 October 2026

Draft for review. These terms must be reviewed by a lawyer before launch, including consumer-protection, payments and liability provisions.

1. Agreement

By using Caught you! you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. The service is provided by Voguesports Pvt Ltd.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 to create an account. Under-18 participation is only permitted at organised events that we specifically support with parental consent.

3. Playing safely and lawfully

  • You are responsible for your own safety and for following our safety guide.
  • Only play where you are allowed to be. Do not trespass, enter restricted areas or disturb people who aren’t playing.
  • Never play near traffic in a way that puts you or others at risk.
  • Hosts are responsible for choosing a suitable place and stopping the game if conditions are unsafe.

4. Fair play and conduct

  • Tagging is an honour system. Don’t falsify tags, spoof your location or interfere with the service.
  • Don’t harass, threaten or stalk anyone, or use the game to locate someone who hasn’t agreed to play.
  • Use an appropriate display name.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Host Pass

The Host Pass is a one-time in-app purchase made through Google Play and subject to Google Play’s terms and refund policy. It is linked to your account and is lost if you delete your account.

6. The service

We work hard to keep Caught you! available and accurate, but GPS and mobile networks are imperfect. Positions, timers and alerts may be delayed or inaccurate. Games and their data are deleted seven days after they are created.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from how or where you play. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. Questions: [email protected]. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
